Deliveries

Ordered products are delivered with Posten. Orders over 1000 NOK will have a free delivery.

We will ship the ordered products as soon as possible, usually within the next business day of receiving the order. The delivery times depend on destination and transport schedules. The delivery time is typically 1-4 working days to Norway. If we do not have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you.

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Please keep this email if you wish to return your products.

Return policy

You have the right to return your product within 14 days after receiving the products. All returned products must be unused and unaltered. The refund will be paid to you within 14 days after the returned product has arrived here.

If you wish to return any products, please contact us via email to jon@vjnorge.no. Please include your order number in the email and, we will get back to you with a prepaid return label.
